The TORONTO FC BLOG RETURNS
By: nicholas | January 28th, 2008Well i am back to provide regular service to the illustrious blog…. and there will be a few changes to the blog
starting with a little section i would like to call Canuks abroad… ( we know there are out there and the CSA website provides little to no help in locating our fellow canucks out there in a place i call EuropeLAND ) . I will try with the help of my fellow offside bloggers to keep you the reader updated on what going on that side of the world. ( IMPORTANT) - WRITE in comments which CAnuck player to keep tabs on beside the obvious ( DEGuzMAN brothers , Hutchison , Rob friend, Stalteri and more to come)
Another change that will soon be implemented will be RANTS FROM THE FANS section … If you got anything on your mind pertaining any TFC PLAYER or the coach or even something to do with CSA … send me your rants and praises to my email .. at nicholasrehenry@gmail.com and i will be sure to give you guys your own little platform to vent.
And the final change will be Rumours of the week … ( because seriously MLS AND TFC are so tightlipped that its kinda hard to get quality imformation on a consistent basis so why not create the section.)
* OH YEA SEND YOUR RUMOURS AND RANTS to the following email. —- nicholasrehenry@gmail.com

I like this new direction. Also welcome back. I miss all the OTHER MLS theoffside bloggers. Where did everybody go? I think I forgot there are other teams besides LA, DC, NY, and Chivas.
Ok, here’s my question: Why the crap did the Nats hold a training camp even though they’ve got zero games scheduled?

I Know i was thinking the same thing but after a little digging i found out that they will be playing Martinique ( i know it doesn;t really jump off the page but hey when you working for the csa this is the kind of marque matchup the Canadian national team gets.)
HERE IS THE EXERT from the CSA website…
Canada’s men’s national team announced today that it will face Martinique in an international friendly match on 30 January at the Stade Louis-Achille in Fort-de-France, Martinique. The match was set after Canada learned its 2 February friendly with St. Lucia was cancelled.
