5-0? Alright, sounds good
By: Sam | February 21st, 2007
Winning by five goals to nil is never a bad thing, although sometimes it isn’t as satisfying as you’d like it to be. Like in Toronto FC’s case on Tuesday, when we defeated the formidable eleven that is “SoccerMax” in Sunrise, Florida.
With their Google cred not making first page efforts, the locals were spanked by TFC, with goals coming from Abbe Ibrahim, only just arrived in Florida, Paulo Nagamura, Jose Cancela, Edson Buddle and Hunter West, who notched his third of the preseason. With keeper Greg Sutton minding the net, it seems as though Toronto played quite a strong side.
According to the official website, another game will be played before the team heads home to do some training sessions in Ontario.

“SoccerMax” sounds like a store…are you sure they didn’t just scrimmage a nearby sports shop?
