A word to your Mo……KIWI OUT

It seams that Tuesday deadline has caused TFC second causality of the numbers game. This time its defender Andrew Boyens, the New Zealand International, has been waived. I am pretty sure after the performances of Marco Velez this season and Andrew Boyens last season that Marco Velez would have been the one to be waived but to no avail it is the young kiwi.
With the waiving of Boyens, it only brings about more questions of “Who is taking Andrew’s position on the roster?”; “ Was Boyens play in practice that bad that Velez was considered the better option”; and is “ Toronto FC willing to sacrifice the future just to get a 30 something player who will be making double what the youth are making?”
There have been a number of rumors going around the water cooler, to answer these questions. In the case of who will be taking Andrew Boyens position, the veteran Oliver Tidby has been training with TFC for the last 2 weeks, so that could be an option, there has been talk of Desire Mbonabucya a striker from TVK Tienan from Belgium. (I personally don’t see this one coming to fruition because he has been charged in the past for human trafficking, so If US and Canadian immigration is worth there salt would not give this man a work permit.). And if you thought Desire Mb was outlandish, the rumor of Harry Kewell coming to TFC takes the cake, it is Trader Mo we are talking about so expect the unexpected.

I never know what to think about Boyens. He was as on-and-off as I’ve ever seen anyone. Not sure about Velez either, though. And Harry Kewell? HAHAHAHA.

Velez is a world class thug, but a decent defender from what I saw of him at Seattle and Puerto Rico. I wonder if Boyens will follow the Kiwi trail to Portland…not that the Timbers are really in the market for another defender.

FYI - Mo should not “seam” to do anything, unless he is planning on hemming a pair of pants. If he “seemed” to do something, I would be more apt to read on.
Also, I am guessing that “there” salt would be salt from a place somewhere else, perhaps Arizona. “Their” salt would probably be more appropriate if you were in fact referring to the CDN. and US Government agencies that control immigration.

I live in toronto, it is spring here. Home opener this weekend. walking through the city I look upon peoples yards, the grass, with no maintenance at all is lush green, WHY THE FUCK DO WE PLAY ON TURF!!!!! Its the most embarassing thing in the world. Football cant be played on turf. It has to be grass. Thats why it will never be a good environment for football here. what a joke. Fuck you BMO.

Jose… i dont understand how you can say “Youth is the future of our club” (this i agree with you, BUT) i dont understand how you cant have patience saying you want to win now. people like you are the reason why TFC is going out and getting 30 yr olds, instead of getting talented young players that will take time to improve.
And Skillz… how could you say grass doesnt need maintence? your being foolish, the grass you see on your walks is a bit different then if BMO would have grass because it would not have soccer played on. Altho grass would be great at BMO its not as easy as you think. Lastly its not BMO’s fault that the field has turf, BMO are the sponsors.
