I can't stand how often he changes the lineup. I think the team needs time to gel with a consistent starting 11. One that doesn't include Chad Barrett. But yeah, something big has to change. I hate to think of getting rid of some of the players, but maybe its time to build the team around DeRo and de Duzman and jettison everyone else for next season. Apparently he told the players to push up in the last few minutes and they never did.
