Toronto Announces Friendlies, And They Are Glorious

Glorious in the Aston-Villa-And-Benfica-like sense. Yes, I realize it won’t be the best those two clubs have to offer, but it’ll still be mighty fun. The Portuguese will make their way to TO on May 23, which is only two weeks away. Villa will waltz in two months later, on July 25. Anything else to report? No, all there was on the website was “We’re very happy” this and “Very respected clubs” that. But with the considerably large Portuguese community in Toronto and the general love of the Premiership, expect a whole lotta lovin’ at BMO.
