One we got right…

Great job Toronto! I know we should always look to win our home games but to tell you the truth I was expecting the worst against Houston. Mind you they were missing some of there better players but Houston is very solid. Honestly against arguably the best team in the league right now I’m content with such a result.

I’d like to take the moment and just discuss a transfer that took place before the beginning of this season.

One we definitely got right…

Dwayne De Rosario: Dwayne is a performer just as much as he is an entertainer. I enjoy watching this guy play football. He is field smart, he has a great pass and he smacks in some wonderful goals. This was ever so well demonstrated in the 35th minute on Saturday when he put Toronto one up on H-town. (By the way, if you missed the highlights…)

This is one we definitely got right. Not only is he a home town hero but he earns his keep!!! A reportedly $357, 000 a year, not bad for someone who brings to us 6 goals and 3 assists in 16 games. To think we traded him for a kid who has only come out in 4 games for his new club and a few allocation bucks. (If you look close enough in the highlights you can see DeRo sly by him to put TFC ahead.)

Great job! to the TFC big wigs on this on.

We only have about a month left now before the International transfer window closes. I am going to start a series of blogs on certain players I think we should maybe look into. If you would like to give a few suggestions feel free….
