  Mo says the unnamed Brazilian player was “too expensive”. This, coming from an MLSE manager! The ontario teachers fund owns mlse. They have more assets than the NFL, the NHL, and MLS put together! Check it out. The “fund” is worth close to 100 billion dollars. They don’t have enough money to buy a soccer player? Bull.

  When you met him why didn’t you kick him in the balls for me. Waiting all my life for pro soccer in Toronto, and I have to watch an amateur earning 30k per year, who takes the bus to the game. Can’t blame lombardo, have to blame MO and the mlse directors. In all of the pro soccer leagues throughout the world, and there are so many, I would like to find a team that has, for a starting striker, a guy making $30k per year. Perhaps in Tanzania, or Congo, I just don’t get it. Are we that stupid? So you meet Mo. So what, he should make $30k per year for the decisions he has made.

  well actually when i met mo i took a picture with him and told him to say hi to lombardo for me and he said “i will give him your best” and i said “thanks! hes my favourite player” and he said “yeah i’ve been hearing that a lot lately” and then that was it. hes a really nice guy so no i wouldnt have kicked him in the balls for you. sorry but this is the inaugral season and i didnt expect great things this year so i am totally fine wherever they end up, unless its last in the league.

  Lambardo sucks!! thats it.. he is your fav player thats cool.. but he still sucks.. besides that them teachers are being cheap ah…. I hope we get better jerseys i still feel that we can do better then what we have.. any ways reaching sat to see the game i hope that they score at least… Sofia why do you think lambardo is good? or do u just have a crush on the clown… or u his friend… and dont you hear the ppl yelling when he plays that he sucks and etc… THE PPL OF T.O ARE SAYING THIS TFC FANS!!!!!

  paolo - i went to the open house they had the other day

  jose - if you have read any of my previous comments regarding lombardo you will know exactly why i like him. i am not a broken record and refuse to repeat myself. i have made my point quite clear in the past. i am not one of his friends by the way. anyways the teachers union is stupid i mean they have tons of cash, they are just too stubborn to use it. they rationalise the money like it will run out within the next 24 but whatever theres nothing i can do…
