Training Camp update #3

By: nicholas | February 10th, 2008

Here are some interesting updates from Training Camp

Goalkeeper Josh Wagenaar of Grimsby,Ont., will be joining Toronto FC for training Sunday although he has not yet signed with the Major League Soccer club.Toronto FC through the league, made an offer to Wagenaar last month after he was released by his team in the Netherlands.

Toronto FC made an inquiry about D.C. United midfielder Christian Gomez but decided not to pursue the 2006 Major League Soccer MVP because it decided it would be too costly to sign him considering his age, 33. Colorado whom won the rights to Christian had to give up a DP slot for two years to get him, and to be honest had super mo given a DP slot to get CHRISTIAN GOMEZ lets just say that sh*t would have hit the fan in Toronto.

The CSA has given Canadian fans countless reasons to hate there guts but here is someone else opinion on the CSA mismanagement
